不同抗性水稻品种叶片中活性氧代谢的比较

THE COMPARISON OF SOME ENLYMATIS ACTIVTIES ABOUT ACTIVE OXYGEN METABOLISON BETWEEN VARIETIES WHICH IS DIFFERENT IN RESISTANCE TO XOO

选用四个不同抗病性的水稻品种，测定了不同生育时期叶片中SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性及LOX活性．结果表明，同一生长时期相同叶片中POD活性、CAT活性均为感病品种高于抗病品种，而SOD活性及LOX活性则为抗病品种高于感病品种．这种差异可能有利于植物抗病反应的信息传递和抗病防卫反应基因的启动．

The choice of four kind of rice of difference resistance determined the actireness of SOD,POD, CAT and LOX during the different growing period. varieties of inductine is higher than the varieties of resistance for the POD and CAT activeness in the same growing period. The difference is probably benefial for message transfer of plant resistance reaction and reactant gene’s going of resistance.
