摘要
以锆──二甲酚橙(XO)褪色法测氟为例,对褪色光度法用负吸光度法与正吸光度法测定进行了对比试验,并对其结果进行了探讨。证明在准确度、线性范围及方法简便等方面,前者明显优于后者,其主要原因是前者能将检测下限的信噪比提高到后者的10至1000倍,能使用较大吸光度的参比液,以及省去了无色参比液。
This artical has compared determimation methods of decofourization petrophotometry with the neghve and the peitive absorption spectrophotometry. It instances spectrophotometry detendnation of fluoring by Zr - xvlenol orange decolourization. Having studied the result, it proves the negaive absorption petrophotometw is superior to the peitive one in detendnation of decolourization spectrophotometry on accuracy, linear Iang,simplicity of methed and so on, The main reaso is that the negative absorphon spectrophotometry can raise the signal - to - noise ratio of detection limit to the positive absorption spectrophotometry’s 10 to 100times,And it can use bigger absorbance’s reference soution. At the saxne time. it doesn’ t ned the non cofour referece soluhon any mere.
