摘要
在H.C.Berg提出的Randomwalk模型的基础上对这个模型进行扩展,提出了GeneralRandomWalk模型,把这个动力学模型用于实际的DNA复制过程中,说明正常和非正常生理环境下ATP酶沿着一维键作位移运动的区别,从理论上对染色体的异常复制作出了解释。
Extended the randim walk model proposed by Berg to more general cases,the general random walk model was introduced. And the reproduction process of DNA was discussed with this model which reveals the difference between the normal and abnormal physiological environment for ATP motion along one dimensional chain.
