试论环境保护与经济发展中的“三个面向”问题

THE PROBLEM OF“THE THREE FACE TO”IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

如何协调经济发展与环境保护的关系，是当今全世界必须重视的大问题。本文根据我国的实际国情，提出“三个面向”（即面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来）这一指导思想在正确协调经济发展与环境保护二者关系中的指导意义，以及在正确理解“可持续发展”思想中的重要作用。

How can we coordinate the relation of economic development and enviromental protection,is an important problem of the human society. According to China’s condition,this paper discusses the guide meaning of the thought of "the three face to"(face to morden,face to worldmface to future)in the relation of correct coordinate the economic development and enviromental protection. And it is also points out the role of the thought on "the three face to"in correct understanding the sustcuinable development.
