高师物理学专业人才培养模式的设计与实施

A training model for normal students in physics

针对我国高师现有人才培养模式的弊端,设计并践行以"厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质、重创新"为特征的综合型人才培养模式。该模式采用理论探讨与实证研究相结合的研究方法,提出"一条主线、两个证书、三项原则、四大模块、五个突出、六个一"的人才培养方案。经过4年的教育实践表明:新的人才培养模式有效地提高了学生从教的积极性、从教基本素质和创新能力。新的人才培养模式方案能够很好的克服原有人才培养模式的弊端,是科学的、可行的,具有一定的推广性。

Aiming at malpractices in the present pattern of training model of physics normal students,this paper designed and experienced a new training model,using theory inquiry and empirical study,a new type of training model is put forward,which included the following aspects: One Main Line;Two Certificates;Three Principles;Four Modules;Five Highlights;Six One.Education practice in nearly four years showed that new training model improved effectively pre-teachers' enthusiasm,pre-teachers' qualities and their creativities.New training model overcomes some malpractices of old training model,and is feasible and scientific.This new training model has certain popularization nature.
