摘要
在新疆林业科学院佳木试验站,以7~8年生拉宾斯和艳阳为试验材料,利用Li-6400光合作用测定系统对2个樱桃品种(拉宾斯、艳阳)的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2的浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE)以及光响应曲线6个生理指标的测定分析。结果表明:拉宾斯与艳阳的Pn、Gs均呈极显著差异,Ci、Tr、WUE均无显著差异;拉宾斯的Pn呈'单峰'曲线,艳阳的Pn呈'双峰'曲线,艳阳存在光合'午休'现象;拉宾斯、艳阳的Tr均呈单峰曲线分布,在整个日变化过程中拉宾斯的Tr比艳阳高;2个品种在11:00-13:00、15:00-17:00时,主要受到气孔限制的影响,Pn和Tr均出现下降;19:00-21:00时,随着外界光照辐射减弱,2樱桃品种的Pn和Tr再次出现下降;2种引种大樱桃中拉宾斯较艳阳而言是一种高光合、高蒸腾速率、高气孔导度的品种,且在高光辐射条件下不易发生光抑制,更有利于适应南疆地区高光照的外界环境。
Photosynthetic characteristics of 7to 8-year-old seedlings of two cherry cultivars,Lapins and Sunburst in Aksu,Xinjiang were measured by Li-6400 system,including the diurnal change of photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),water use efficiency(WUE)and the light response curve.Differences between tow cultivars in Pnand Gswere extremely significant,and no significant differences were found in Ci,Tr,and WUE.A 'single peak'Pncurve appeared in Lapins,while the Pnof Sunburst was a 'bimodal'curve,the photosynthesis of Sunburst had'midday depression'.Trof the two cultivars showed single peak curves,while higher Trwas found in Lapins during the day.During 11:00-13:00and 15:00-17:00,Pnand Trof the two cultivars decreased due to stomatal limitation.During 19:00-21:00,with the weakening of light radiation,Pnand Trdecreased again.Compared to Sunburst,Lapins is a variety of high photosynthetic,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and less prone to photoinhibition under high light irradiation conditions,and it is more suitable in the environment of the southern region in Xinjiang.
