摘要
采用响应面分析法优化聚氨酯/木粉复合发泡材料的制备工艺条件。选用Box-Behnken中心组合试验,考察木粉含量、竹炭糯米胶加入量以及反应温度3个因素及其互相作用对复合材料的压缩强度与密度的影响,获得制备木塑复合发泡材料的最优工艺条件。结果表明:木粉含量对压缩强度及密度的影响最大,其优化工艺条件为木粉含量33%,胶黏剂加入量4%,加热温度49℃,在此条件下得到压缩强度为4.702MPa,密度为0.379 6g/cm3,并得出了聚氨酯/木粉复合发泡材料制备的回归模型。
To optimize the polyurethane/wood powder composite material preparation by response surface methodology,Box-Behnken central composite design was adopted to investigate the wood content,different amounts of adhesive,the reaction temperature and their interactions.The results showed that the interaction of optimization of the wood content was the strongest.The optimal conditions were wood content:33%,adhesive amount:4%,and reaction temperature:49℃,under whichthe strength of the obtained material was 4.702 MPa and the density was 0.379 6g/cm3.The regression model of the preparation was established.
