摘要
《庄子》文本有一个以"化"为核心的概念群,"一化"乃其核心概念,其"化"观念实即一种生态学动态、整体主义的世界观与人生观。此观念得之于庄子对人类与自然界普遍存在的死亡现象之深入反思,他进而得出生死相互转化的生态学理解。通过考察自然现象,庄子发现了物种间的相互转化。以整体性的宏观视野贯通天人,将万物间生死、物种形态的转化理解为万物间永恒变化、传递的能量之流,乃其"化"观念之核心内涵。此观念主要地依据于其相对主义认识论——"齐物论"。庄子的"化"观念有益于当代人类反思人类中心主义传统,确立新型的生态文明。
Transition is one of the core concepts in the writings of Chuang-Tzu,which embodies Zhuang Zi's ecological perspective.The basic meaning of the word—transition(Hua)is 'to change'.However,what Zhuang Zi mainly means is the 'changing'of people's life from birth to death,and the changing of people's bodies after their death.According to Zhuang Zi,death does not mean the complete end of life,but rather,indicates people participate in a new round of the endless process of ecological flow of life,insofar as the energy of people's corpses is assimilated by other living beings.From Zhuang Zi's point of view,by the transitioning of life and death,all living beings are performing in a great never-ending drama of life.This is an ecological worldview which Chinese philosophy provides,and it should be part of today's global environmental philosophy.
