西北少数民族大学生就业影响因素的性别差异化研究

On Gender Difference in Employment of the Minority College Students in Northwest China

西北地区少数民族大学生的就业状况,关系到少数民族大学生个人及其家庭的切身利益,关系到其未来的人生规划,更是对西部边疆地区的民族关系、社会稳定和经济发展具有重大影响。研究结果表明,少数民族大学生就业较之汉族学生具有特殊性,少数民族大学生之间也时有不同,特别是男女学生在就业影响因素上存在着差异性。少数民族男女大学生都认为专业、学历以及个人能力是影响未来就业的最重要因素,而且对于就业形势有着不同程度的轻视和期望过高;传统文化和家庭对于少数民族女大学生就业的影响作用更深。为此,建议政府和学校根据具体情况建立少数民族高校毕业生就业保障、培训机制和知识技能支持系统,以扩大少数民族大学生就业的空间与机会。

The employment status of the minority college students in Northwest China relates to the interests of students themselves and their families,and also to their plans for the future.In addition,the employment status has a big influence on the national relationship in western multiple ethnic regions and affects its social stability and economic development.Compared with the employment status of Han nationality,the minority has specificity,mainly in the gender diversity.This paper analyzed the survey data and explored the gender difference in employment of the minority college students in Northwest China.
