大学生自我价值感与互联网依赖的实证研究

College Students' Internet Dependence and Their Self-value

为了解大学生互联网依赖及其与自我价值感的关系,采用《青少年自我价值感量表》和《中文互联网依赖量表(CIAS-R)修订版》对随机选取出的312名大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:第一,大学生总体自我价值感较高,一般自我价值感多源自个人取向而非社会取向,前者注重心理价值,后者偏向于家庭价值,但是,二者对生理价值均较为忽视;第二,大多数大学生能够正确使用互联网,但是,仍有少数大学生存在互联网依赖甚至互联网成瘾,其表现出强迫性上网及互联网依赖戒断反应和人际与健康问题较为显著。第三,大学生自我价值感和互联网依赖之间呈现负相关,大学生自我价值感越高他们互联网依赖的可能性越低,大学生的自我价值感取向一般可以较好地预测其互联网依赖程度。

This paper,by using the Adolescent Self-value Scale and the Chinese Internet Dependence Scale(CIASR),investigated 312 college students who were randomly selected,so as to understand the relationship between college students'internet dependence and self-value.The results showed college students had higher self-value.Their general self-value came from their own orientation,but not social orientation.The former paid more attention to psychological value,and the latter paid more attention to family value.However,they all neglected the physical value.Second,most college students could use internet properly,but there were still a few college students who had internet dependence or internet addiction.They showed not only compulsive internet use and internet dependence withdrawal reactions,but also interpersonal and healthy problems.Third,there was a negative correlation between self-vorth and internet dependence.The higher the students'self-value was,the less likely internet dependence they were.College students'self-value orientation could predict the degree of their internet dependence.On this basis,this paper put forward four suggestions for government,colleges and universities,families and college students.
