Economic Crisis,Economic Growth and the Choice of Market Economy Model

本文在分析经济增长、经济周期与经济危机三者之间关系的基础上,对技术进步、制度演化与经济增长的关系进行了深入分析,得出了制度演进和制度选择是经济增长的根本源泉。然后,分析了市场经济的四种模式及其制度基础,提出了中国经济要实现长期可持续增长,必须由目前的国家主导型市场经济模式逐步过渡到大企业型市场经济和企业家型市场经济有机结合的混合市场经济模式的政策建议。

Economic growth is the goal in most countries,but economic growth does not show the linear track,but usually experiences a cycle of expansion and recession. In this process,no country can escape the economic crisis.However,a good market economy is conducive to achieve long-term economic growth,iron the economic cycle and inhibit the frequency and extent of the economic crisis,while the bad market economy is likely to cause economic fluctuations and economic crisis.Therefore,different market economy models will lead to different effects of the economic growth.Based on the analysis of the relationship between economic growth,economic cycles and economic crisis,this paper analyzes the relationship between technological progress,institutional evolution and the economic growth in depth,and finds that the institutional evolution and institutional choice is the fundamental source of economic growth.Finally, this paper analyzes the four models of market economy and their institution basis,and concludes that in order to achieve long-term sustainable growdi in China,the current state-led market economy model must be gradually transformed into the mixed market economy model which is combined by the large-enterprise-led market economy model and the entrepreneurial-led market economy model.
