凉山州水土流失治理现状及对策

Present Situation And Countermeasures of Soil Erosion in Liangshan

通过对凉山州水土流失严重的原因、治理的现状等进行调查分析和研究,笔者认为应采取以下措施加强凉山州水土流失治理:严格实行退耕还林草、荒山造林,增加地被覆盖加强生物措施治理;重视落实生态移民搬迁配套治理;重视农业科学化加强农业措施治理;结合农业生产加强工程措施治理。

By means of investigation and research for the serious reasons and present situation of soil erosion in Lianshan, the authors think we should take the follwing measures to prevent soil crosion: 1. By means of converting farmland into forest and grass and planting trees on bare mountains to strengthen the controlling of biology; 2. To pay more attention to the measures of immigration; 3. To pay more attention to the scicntific agricultural production to strengthen the controlling of biology; 4. To combine agricultural production with the measures of engineering to strengthen the controlling of engineering.
