摘要
近年来,由用药和饲料引起的动物食品安全问题较多。本文简单介绍了我国动物食品安全的现状和一些对策。
In recent years, animal food security caused by medicine and fodder is more problematical. This paper deals with the current situation of the food security of animal of our country and some countermeasures briefly.
