Along with the development of society and modern science and technology,electronic official documents appear inevitably. Electronic official documents,compared with the paper-quality official documents in traditional meaning, accompany the appearance of modern information management technology,and advance with the development of modern information technology. This paper makes a comparision between the superiority and limitation of the two kinds of documents in aspects of transmit and storage.
