摘要
随我国高校布局结构的调整,“专升本”高校不断增多,办公室人员如何应对新的挑战,提高综合素质,优化办公室资源配置,使办公室综合协调职能在合并高校由磨合期到实质性融合中发挥应有的作用,尽快实现由专科层次向本科层次的角色转变,本文对此提出了一些见解。
With the adjustment of the distribution of the institutions of higher learning,promoting colleges to institutes is increasing accordingly. This paper covers how an office worker accepts a new challenge, he/she enhances the multiple quality and optimizes the disposition in office resources, in order to give full play to the office's coordination function in the course of the combination of local colleges to realize the role change from the colleges into institutes as soon as possible.
