对西部城市化进程中的耕地保护问题的思考

Thoughts on Protecting Cultivated Land during the Process of Urbanization in Western Regions

西部城市化水平落后,加速西部城市化进程势在必行。然而城市化的过程必然需要理性大量土地,甚至在很多情况下需要相当数量的优质耕地,导致耕地资源的流失。如何在西部城市化进程中保护有限的耕地土地资源,本文在做出理性思考之后提出了相应的对策。

Western regions lag behind in urbanization,thus,it is necessary to step up its urbanization process. However,the urbanization process takes up substantial amount of land,sometimes high quality cultivated land,leading to loss of cultivated land resources. How do we protect the limited cultivated land resource? This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures after some rational considerations.
