本文通过分析农产品直补给农民带来的个人及社会福利的变化,探讨了在市场经济条件下,怎样将政策性补贴与市场机制相结合,寻找一条符合中国国情的解决“三农”问题的途径。同时本文也是对农产品直接补贴的经济学解读。

By analyzing the direct grants towards the agricultural products, and the changes of individual and social welfare resulted from it in the rural districts, this paper focuses on the approaches to the combination of policy-related subsidies and market mechanism under a market economy condition, trying to find a solution to the problem of rural economic decipher to the direct farm-product grants.
