对中国房地产业市场结构进行了实证分析 ,认为中国房地产业的现状是竞争过度和房地产企业的盲目过度进入 .根据 SCP范式 。

The market structure of China's industry of real estate is analysed.It is considered that the undue competition and firms' blind excessive entering are the current situation of China's industry of real estate.On the basis of SCP theory,the optimization means of the market structure of it are presented.
