针对WP3103型自动气象观测站,设计并开发集数据接收、显示、处理、监控及设备维护为一体的综合型应用平台。在分析系统功能需求的基础上,着重介绍系统总体结构的设计思路,叙述主要子系统的功能作用及流程图的实现。该系统已经在广东省范围内业务使用,实际运行结果表明,该系统在自动气象观测站实时数据处理过程中资料处理及时、准确,运行稳定可靠。

For WP3103 automatic weather station,designs a composite application platform which integrates functions of data reception,display,processing,monitor and equipment maintenance.Based on the analysis of the system functional requirements,mainly introduces the design concept of system structure,and describes the function of the major subsystems and flow char.The system has been used within the Guangdong Province,the actual running result shows that the system in real-time data processing of automatic weather stations processes is timely and accurately,operates steadily and reliably.
