The Relationship of School Record,Diploma and Job Qualification and Their Development

本文从社会和教育的视角梳理了学历、文凭以及职业资格之间的关系及社会意义,提出文凭与职业资格证书制度共同作为社会人才评价和管理将是未来社会的发展趋势。为了适应这一发展趋势,我国需要加强和规范职业资格制度建设,为构建学习化社会打下基础。

This paper lists systematically about the relationship of school record,diploma and job qualification and their societal significance,points out that diploma and job qualification will jointly be as the methods of human resource assessment and management in the future society.So the national government should strengthen the professional qualification certificate system and lay the first stone of Learning Society.
