摘要
目的探讨自动化干扰相分析(IPA)在神经肌肉疾病中的诊断价值。方法应用 VikingⅣ肌电图仪中的IPA方法对56例神经肌肉疾病患者的肱二头肌进行检测。结果肌病组平均波幅减小,时间间隔数增加,T/A值>正常x+2s,每秒转折数增加,诊断符合率为84%。神经病变组的情况与前相反,诊断符合率为80%。结论IPA方法操作快,客观性强,可作为神经肌肉疾病的检查手段之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of automated interference pattern analysis in neuro - muscular diseases. Method A"IPA" program in Viking IV EMG machine was used to test biceps brachii in 56 patients with neuro - muscular diseases. Parameters included turns/sec, mean amplitude, small turns internal and ratio of turns/amp.Result In myopathy, IPA shows increased turns/sec, small turns internal and ratio of turns/amp, and decreased mean amplitude. The diagnosis ratio was 84%. In neuropathy, the results were on the contrary. The ratio was 80%. Conclusion IPA was a fast and objective method, and can become on means of study of neuro - muscular diseases.
