老年期神经症的生活事件与个性特征

目的探索老年期神经症的发病原因。方法用艾森克人格问卷（ＥＰＱ）、生活事件量表（ＬＥＳ）对８４例住院的老年期神经症患者进行调查。结果发现老年期神经症的发病因素为六大类：家庭失和，慢性躯体疾病，丧偶，经济窘迫，人际关系紧张及不良的个性特征。结论老年期神经症的发生与心理社会因素密切相关。老人自我努力和良好的社会支持系统是实现心身健康的保证。

Objective To research the pathogenesis of geriatric ceurosis. Method To investigate 84 geriatric neurosis patients in hospital with Enhsenck persmalith questionaire(EPQ)and life episool scales(LES). Result it was found that the pathogenesis of geriatric neurosis has six soris: friendless fawith; poorness; the tight interperonal relationship and bacl pesonality characteristics.
