摘要
目的探讨氢氟酸烟雾吸入对大鼠肺组织的损伤及血钙的影响。方法采用浓度为40%的氢氟酸溶液,经超声雾化后,大鼠气道吸入4 min,动态观察2、6、12、24 h4个时相点的血钙变化及肺组织损伤并设正常组和对照。结果试验组伤后 6h血钙明显下降,伤后12h血钙回升,肺组织呈进行性坏死。结论氢氟酸烟雾吸入后可导致低血钙,但并非致死的唯一原因。
Objective To study the effects of hydrofluoric acid(HF) smog inhaling on lung tissue and calcium level of serum in rats. Methods These rats have taken in the smog that resulted from 40 percent concentration of HF ultrasound vapor for four minutes. To observe calcium level of serum and damage of lung tissue at 2nd hour, 6th hour, 12nd hour, 24 th hour after inhaling as well as contrast with normal group. Result It was found that the blood calcium level drop remarkably after 6 hours and blood calcium level rise after 12 hours. Lung tissue necrosis constantly. Conclusion. The smog of HF inhaling can result in low calcium level of serum. but it is not sole reason of test rats death.
