颅脑损伤患者远期生存质量评估-改良功能生活指数

Revising functional living index:a new method to assess the long ferm quality of life in traumatic brain injury patients

目的 评估颅脑损伤患者伤后不同时期的生存质量。方法 颅脑外伤患者122例中获得 85例随访。使用 GCS、 GOS和 KPS等作为参照 ，同时使用专用于颅脑外伤的RFLI(改良功能生活指数)量表，由患者自行填写评估。结果rFLI与 GOS，GCS，KPS均有很好的相关性。结论 颅脑外伤的生存质量与其主观感受存在显著的相关性，一种多维评估量表，也可用于各种治疗手段的疗效评价。

Objective To evaluate the quality of life(QOL) for patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI) patient.Method A total of 122 TBI patients were included in our study.Their Glasgow coma scale(GCS),Glasgow outcome scale(GOS),Karnofsky patient scale(KPS) and RFLI scores were observed during and after their admission.Until Feb.2000,detailed follow up results with a mean period of 3 years were got in 85 patients.All these data were analyzed statistically.Result The RFLI score not only correlated with GCS,GOS and KPS significantly,but also well reflected the long term recovery of TBI patients.Conclusion The use of a multidimensional approach that also reflects physical,psychosocial and cognitive aspects proved to be effective in assessing the QOL of TBI patients and in evaluating the different new treatment methods.
