摘要
目的研究端侧神经吻合后,降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)阳性纤维的再生情况。方法利用兔耳大神经端侧吻合模型,以免疫组化染色技术对供受神经节和神经纤维染色。结果供神经侧、术后的C2背根神经节内表达较弱。随时间延长标记量逐渐增加,4周后开始有CGRP阳性纤维长入受神经。受神经侧,一直处于CGRP表达的弱阳性。结论神经端侧吻合后,CGRP阳性纤维通过吻合口长入受神经,神经纤维的恢复,有一定顺序。
Objective To study the regeneration of calcitonin gene-related peptid(CGRP) immunoreactivity positive fibers after end-to-side neurorrhaphy.Methods The model of the rabbit greater auricular nerve end-to-side anastomosis was used in the paper.The neuros and fibers were labeled with immunohistochemisty.Results One week later,the expression of CGRP immunoreactivity was weakly positive in donor nerve.With times went the expression of CGRP immunoreactivity positive fibers rose rapidly. In the fourth week the receptor nerve acquired reinnervation.CGRP of receptor never positive cells remained weakly positine. Conclusion CGRP positive fibers were able to arcoss the nerve gap to enter receptor nerve,regeneration of fibers was step by step.
