摘要
目的探索一种理想的眼化学烧伤治疗方法。方法动物实验和临床研究相结合。将36只酸、碱眼化学烧伤的新西兰白兔随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用含药辐照异种角膜治疗,对照组按常规治疗。将34例(52眼)眼化学烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗方法同动物组。结果动物实验显示实验组眼感染率及角膜溃疡、穿孔率远低于对照组(P< 0.05)。临床研究显示治疗组治愈率远高于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论含药辐照异种角膜是一种理想的角膜覆盖材料,对眼化学烧伤具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate an ideal therapeutic method for ocular chemical burns.Methods 36 New Zealand white rabbits with eyes of hydrochioric acid burn or alkali burn were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The eyes in experiment group were treated by irradiated drug containing Xeno-Cornea.Control group received routine therapy.34 cases (52 eyes)with ocular chemical burns were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The eyes were treated as animal group.Results The study showed that the rate of ocular infection,cornea ulcer and perforation in experiment group were obviously lower than those in control group (P< 0.05).Clinical study showed that the cure rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group(P< 0.05) .Conclusion Being an ideal biological dressing materals,irradiated drug-containing xeno-cornea had well therapeutic effect on ocular chemical burns.
