目的探讨晚期类风湿性关节炎膝关节严重畸形的病例全膝关节置换术后康复治疗的方 法。方法回顾分析晚期类风湿性关节炎全膝关节置换术后，康复治疗的效果。结果术后严格 的康复治疗取得了满意的临床效果。结论全膝关节置换术是治疗晚期类风湿性关节炎膝关节 严重畸形的最佳选择，术后严格的康复治疗是手术取得满意疗效的可靠保证。

Objective To discuss the rehabilitation treatment after total knee repl acement(TKR)for the advanced rheumatoid arthritis patients with severe flexous d eformity of knee joint.Method Retrospective analysis and evaluate the effect of the rehabilitation treatment after TKR for the advancd rheumatoid arthriitis pat iens with severe deformity.Results The rehabilitation treatment after TKR is ver y satisfied.Conclusion TKR is the best after native for the advanced rheumatoid arthritis with seven flexors deformity of the knee joint,the rehabilitation is t he reliable guarantee for the satisfied outcome of the operation.
