摘要
目的观察研究端侧神经吻合后轴突再生初期生长相关蛋白在背根神经节内的表达情况 。方法将兔两侧耳大神经制成神经端侧吻合模型,首先对再生神经轴突相应的背根神经节进 行GAP-43寡核苷酸探针标记,再利用电子计算机图像分析技术对结果半定量分析。结果神 经切断及切断后端侧神经吻合,背根神经节内便立刻有GAP-43的表达,14d时达到高峰,后 逐渐回落,两者之间有共性更有差异。结论神经的损伤与再生均能引起生长相关蛋白的表达 变化,这将有利于端侧神经吻合后轴突再生机制的研究。
Objective To observed expression of GAP-43 probe in dorsal root gangli on on axons regeneration after end-to-side neurorrhaphy.Methods The model of r abbit great auricular nerve end-to-side neurorrhaphy was used,these Oligo-pro be marking positive cells were semi-quantitative analysis utilized with electro nic computer.Results the probe of the growth association protein(GAP-43)immedia tely arose in dorsal root ganglion of the injurious nerve and anastomotic nerve, rose rapidly and reached its climax on the 14th day,then declinedgradually,they have both commonness and differentia.Conclusion the GAP-43 could express in dam aged and regenerated nerve and have regularization,these results will be the ben efit to study mechanism of axons regeneration after end-to-side neurorrhaphy.
