摘要
目的用胶原修饰明胶海棉(Gelatin Sponge,GS)表面,增加其生物相容性。方法明胶海绵载体表面经胶原处理后,将体外培养的兔骨膜成骨细胞复合在其表面,分别于第4日、第10日和第20日取材,行扫描电镜观察,与对照组比较。结果实验组4d后,明胶海棉表面及孔内即有了细胞粘附生长,20d全部长满,有胶原纤维形成,对照组没有这些变化。结论以明胶海棉作为载体,其表面经胶原处理后与成骨细胞有良好的相容性。
Objective To make up surface of GS with collagen,so as to increase GS histocompatbility.Method Make up the surface of GS with collagen,then the cultured rabbit osteoblasts were compounded to GS in vitro.4,10,and 20 days later,the compound materials were observed under scanning election microscope.Result On the fourth day,the cells grew in the control group did not have the phenomena.Conclusion After the surface of the GS make up with collagen,the GS have good histocompatibility with the osteoblasts.
