支气管肺泡灌洗液心钠素测定对良恶性肺部疾病鉴别诊断的研究

Study of discriminating benign and malignance from lung disease by atrial natriuretic polypeptide in bronchia alveolus lavage fluid

目的 研究支气管肺泡灌洗液心钠素 (ANP)对良性和恶性肺部疾病的鉴别诊断价值。方法 采用放射免疫测定法测定了 6 0例肺良性疾病患者 (其中结核 30例 ,炎症 30例 )和 34例肺癌患者支气管肺泡灌洗液心钠素含量。结果 肺癌支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中的ANP水平显著高于肺良性疾病组 (P <0 .0 1) ,有显著性差异。结论 测定BALF中ANP水平是良恶性肺部疾病鉴别诊断的一项有价值的指标。

Objective To study the discrimination diagnosis value of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) on benign and malignance lung disease. Methods The levels of ANP in (BALF) were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA), from 34 cases of lung cancer and 60 cases of benign lung disease. Results The levels of ANP in BALF from patients with lung cancer are significantly higher than those in benign lung disease ( P <0.01). Conclusions ANP adopted simultaneously can increase the diagnosis level in differentiating malignance from benign lung disease.
