In the course of the social transformation in our country,a tendency in the transition of the social relations to commodity is getting more and more obvious,in the meanwhile,a new concept of utility,that is,to satisfy one’s own material and spiritual needs at the most degree on the base of realizing his or her value as fully as possible,is gaining the leading place in the people’s sphere of consciousness.The formation of this new concept,no doubt,has complicated the citizens’ political sense in evolution.In order to make certain that their political sense develop healthily,the authors have put forward some tentative ideas on how to rectify the new concept of utility in this treatise.
