摘要
目的 :研究脾虚宁浸膏对大鼠脾虚泄泻的治疗作用及红细胞功能的影响。方法 :实验大鼠 4 4只 ,随机分为空白、模型、脾虚宁低、高剂量 4组 ,每组 11只。采用饥饿及利血平、大黄造模 ,再用脾虚宁浸膏灌胃治疗 ,观察造模前 ,治疗前、后动物一般情况 ,血清 D-木糖含量及红细胞免疫功能。结果 :脾虚宁浸膏能显著改善脾虚泄泻大鼠的临床症状 ,显著升高实验性脾虚泄泻大鼠的血清 D-木糖含量及 C3b受体花环率 ,降低 Ic受体花环率。结论 :脾虚宁浸膏能提高脾虚泄泻大鼠小肠吸收功能及红细胞免疫功能。
Objective: To study the effectiveness of Pixuning paste (PP) in the treatment of diarrhea of spleen deficiency type and its effect on erythrocytic immune function in rats. Methods:Rat model was made by fast, injecting reserpine and feeding dahuang. Then PP was given to the rats in the treatment group.Results:In the treatment groups,PP could obviously alleviate the symptoms, increase the content of D xylose and the level of RBC C3b RR and decrease the level of RBC IC RR. Conclusion: PP could increase the absorption of small intestine and increase erythrocytic immune function.
