摘要
目的 :研究苦参素在体内的抗肝纤维化作用。方法 :用 CCl4 诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,设正常对照组、模型组、苦参素预防组和治疗组 ,实验结束后分别测定肝功能 ,纤维化指标 : 型前胶原 (PC- )、层粘蛋白 (L N)、透明质酸 (HA) ,并作肝组织病理检查。结果 :苦参素可显著改善肝功能 ,降低 PC- 、L N、HA水平 ,组织学检查也显示具有抗肝纤维化作用。结论 :苦参素在体内具有抗肝纤维化作用 ,可望用于肝纤维化的防治。
Objective:To investigate the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis in rats by oxymatrine.Methods: Rat liver fibrosis model was induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4). Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: the normal control group, the oxymatrine preventing group, the oxymatrine treating group and the model group. The level of serum procollagan type Ⅲ (PC Ⅲ), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and liver function were measured respectively. Liver histological examination was made.Results: Oxymatrine ameliorated CCl 4 induced liver fibrosis significantly. The level of serum PC Ⅲ, HA, LN decreased and liver function were improved. The histological examination also demonstrated its anti fibrotic effect.Conclusion: Oxymatrine had anti fibrotic effect on liver in vivo, and might have potential value for clinical use.
