现在房子被公家占着,又没那么多钱维修,就始终是一个恶性循环。公家的就不会爱护了,是私有的话大家都会珍惜。
Our house property system has flaws.As all houses are public houses,people will not take good care of them.If they are private,people will cherish them. Now the houses are owned by the state,which does not have enough funds for maintenance and repair,thus leading to a vicious circle.
