摘要
跨国公司是经济全球化的主要体现者。在跨国公司多元文化语境中,有效实施企业人力资源跨文化管理的三大战略措施是本土化经营、跨文化培训和学习型组织。
Transnational corporations are the main vehicle for economic globaliza tion.In the multicultural context o f transnational corporations,the three strategic measures to effectively implement th e transcultural management of enterprise human resources are localization,transc ultural training and learning organ ization.
