土地问题是一个关系到我国社会稳定,经济发展的关键问题。对这个问题有从法律的角度进行思考的必要。搞土地集中,进行规模化、集约化、市场化经营可能会影响现行农村社会关系的稳定,并将对我国法律制度建设提出新的问题。因此,应完善现有的农村土地制度,切实加强对农民生存权的维护。

The issue of and is crucial to social s tability land economic development in China.It is necessary to think of t he problem from the legal perspective.Land con centration and large -scale,intensive and marketized operations may affect the stability of the current rural socia l relations and raise new issues for t he constrnction of the chinese legal system.Therefore,there is a need to perfect the existing rural land system and strengthen the safeguarding of farmers' right to survive in earnest.
