整合营销强调顾客、成本、便利、沟通诸要素的有序整合。我国房地产企业应走整合营销之路,树立以人为本的经营理念,研究不同客户的不同需求及其可以接受的成本,加强与客户的双向沟通,强化服务意识,致力于品牌的塑造与提升。
Integrated marketing emphasizes th e orderly integration of customers,costs,convenience and communicati on.The Chinese real estate industry should take the road of integrated marketin g,nurture a humanitarian operating concept,study the needs and acceptable costs of dif ferent customers,strengthen two -way communication with customers,re inforce awareness of service,and devote themselves to building and upgrading br ands.
