摘要
作为战略管理领域的新课题 ,企业能否成功地保持已有竞争优势 ,在很大程度上取决于那些竞争力资产的可垄断性。当我们去审视一个企业是否具备竞争力时 ,务必注意它是在哪一层次上的竞争力。终端产品的竞争力是短暂的 ,没有核心产品的支持 ,其竞争力很容易失去。对核心产品控制可以使企业影响终端产品和市场的演进。核心竞争力又不等同于核心产品 ,它是核心技术与企业管理能力 ,学习型组织的结合。它将使我们去关注一个企业的组织发展能力。
As a new task in the strategy management field,whether the enterprices can successfully keep the competitive advantage or not mostly depends on the moroply of those competence assets.When we examine an enterprise if it has the competence or not,we must notice that it is on which level.The competence of the terminal product is transient.The enterprise in inclined to lose it without the support of the core product.With controling the core product,enterprise can affect the progress of the terminal product and market.The core product isnt equal to the core competence,it is the combination of the core technology and the enterprise ability,the organization of learning pattern.
