重点总结并探讨了电子政务评估中权重设定的两大方法及其实现方法,并进行了比对研究。在此基础上,进行了系统的实例开发,已将其应用于某个中小型企业,并取得了较好的效果。

On the basis of synthesized literatures, this paper finds out thoughly and compares with main research achievements of e-government evaluating system in and out of China. Hereon this base, this thesis summarizes and designed a complete set of practically operational and universalized e-government evaluating process and the two methods, which can be provided for the feasible demand analysis in future e-government affairs evaluating system, and paper works over it by comparing.
