摘要
分析了手工修抛过程中心理、生理状态对去除量的影响,提出了影响模型的数学建立方法,并且根据机器人运动情况比较了这种影响模型在机器人加工中的优势和劣势,分析并提出了如何根据该影响模型来让机器人加工更好地模拟人工手工修抛过程,从而得到一种为机器人的光学加工在保证工作效率的前提下提高加工精度的有效方法。
By analyzing the impact of removal amount by psychological and physiological condition of manual optical grinding and polishing,a mathematical method of the impact model is established.By comparing the movement condition of the robot with the manual grinding and polishing,the advantages and disadvantages of using the impact model are proposed.Using the model in order to let the robot simulate the manual process is analyzed which is a good way of improving the accuracy by ensuring the precondition of high efficiency.
