摘要
本文就当前安徽省高校后勤社会化改革在思想观念、人事和经营管理体制以及外界配套改革措施、保障机制等方面出现的“不适应”和面临的困难进行了剖析与探讨 ,提出加快安徽省高校后勤社会化改革的初步构想。
This paper analyses the reasons why present Anhui colleges and universities feel unadaptable and face difficulties in terms of ideology,personnel system,management and administration system and outside necessary reform measures when they reform the socialized rear-service.This paper also puts forward the tentative proposals how to speed up the socialized rear-service reform of Anhui colleges and universities.
