邓小平关于经济管理的几个重要理论问题

Deng Xiaoping's several important theoretical issues on economic administration

经济管理改革是我国经济体制改革的主体；国家对企业管理方式的改革和企业自身方式的改革是经济管理的两个基本层面；技术的创新和人才的培育是加强经济管理的关键。从以上三个方面对邓小平的经济管理理论作一探讨。

This paper discusses the econdric administration reform which is the major part of the restructuring of economic system and includes two basic levels of economic administrition. It also focuses on the technolgical innovtion and training of personnels which are the key to strengthening economic administration.
