普通高校学籍管理系统是一计算机辅助管理系统。它分院、系两级分别提供学生基本情况管理、学籍管理、成绩管理。学历管理功能，并利用计算机网络实现数据共享，较大程度的提高院校学籍管理水平。

The managing system of student’s status in ordinary unicersities is a computer assistant managing systerm. The system includes university grade and departement grade. The system provides students with basic iofrmation management, students status information management, students academic record management and students study experience management. It realizes data sharing by using computer network and to a greater extent improves the managing system of students status.
