在车床上加工细长轴时容易产生振动,这是影响产品质量的重要因素。分析产生振动的原因,并提出减振或消除振动的工艺措施,对提高产品质量有一定的实际意义。
The vibration is easily produced in turning a slender shaft in lathe. The vibration in machine is a key factor that impairs the quality of products The Analysis of the reasons of the produced vibration and the introducing of a technologied device which reduce and eliminate vibration can be of practical significance for the improve ment of the quality of products.
