摘要
在某石油化工厂芳烃分馏装置中以二甲苯塔为对象,研究一个实际运行的工业精馏塔并建立该塔的严格静态机理数学模型。全塔模型采用改进的三对角矩阵法。在该算法中针对wang—Henke的三对角矩阵法收敛速度慢的缺点,采用有界Wegstein法改进了原三对角矩阵法。该模型的泡点计算采用函数转换法,同时根据实际情况,考虑了数据预处理和控制系统。经大量仿真计算和实践检验,证明算法简单,占机内存小,收敛速度快,计算精度高,可用于工艺机理分析和操作优化。
In this paper, The xylene column in a petrochemical plant is studied. To connter the practical column, the steadystate model, based on the analysis of the process mechanism, has been developed. A new computation procedure for multicomponent distilla-tion colums is developed successfully, in which the equation-tearing method for MESH e-quations is the same as Wang -henke method and the limited Wegstein method is used to improve the convergence of tridiagonal matrix algorithm. The functional transformation method accelerates the calculation of bubble point. In practical application, the data pro-treatment is suggested. The application show that the model described in this paper is numerically stable, computationally fast and accuraye.
