摘要
昌吉—古泉±1100 kV特高压直流(以下简称"吉泉直流")分层接入受端华东电网后,将给华东交流电网的运行带来新的安全稳定问题。为此,该文针对吉泉直流分层及单层接入两种不同方式,对直流近区潮流、分层接入直流短路比及电压波动特性进行了比较;分析了不同故障下吉泉直流分层接入后受端电网的稳定特性,并提出了相应的安全稳定控制策略,保障了华东电网的安全稳定运行。
After hierarchical connection of ChangjiGuquan±1100 kV UHVDC,new security and stability problems have arisen in receiving-end East China Power Grid.In this regard,this study made comparison of DC nearby area power flow,hierarchical connection DC short circuit ratio,and voltage fluctuation between single-layer connection and hierarchical connection of UHVDC.Stability characteristics of the receiving-end power grid after hierarchical connection of UHVDC were analyzed and corresponding control strategies were proposed to ensure secure and stable operation of East China Power Grid.
