国际资本、发展中国家经济增长与我国外资引进策略

International Capital,Developing Countries Economic Growth and China's Choice in Attracting International Capital

近 2 0年来国际资本大规模流入发展中国家 ,推动了发展中国家经济的快速增长 ,创造出一些“经济奇迹” ;但同时 ,过量流入的国际资本也诱发了发展中国家的数次金融危机。本文分析了国际资本对发展中国家经济发展的推动作用和国际资本流动与发展中国家金融危机的关系 ,并针对性地提出了我国在引进外资过程中应注意的问题以防范金融风险。

In the past 20 years,international capital has been flowing into developing countries on a large scale and has made some great economic miracle in these areas.But in the meantime,the over flowing capital caused economic crisis in some of the areas.The author discusses the international capital's promotion to the developing country economic growth,analyses the relation between international capital flow and economic crisis and finally expounds the policies and measures we should take to protect financial risk while opening our door to the outside world.
