苦参片中苦参碱含量的反相高效液相色谱测定

Determination of contents of matrine in Kushen Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立苦参片中苦参碱的含量的高效液相色谱测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ODSC18烷基硅烷化色谱柱,甲醇—0.05%三乙氨水溶液为流动相(60:40),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:210nm,柱温:40℃.结果:苦参碱在0.0631～1.010mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为102.59%,RSD为1.34%(n=3).结论:本法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于苦参片的质量控制.

Objective: To establish the contents determination method of matrine in Kushen Tablets by HPLC. Methods: HPLC is performed to determine matrine on ODS column, the mobile phase consisting of methanole- -triethylamine-water(0.05%) (60:40). The flow rate is 1.0 mL·min-1 and its detection wavelength at 210nm. The column temperature is 40℃. Result: The linearity of matrine is in the range of 0.0631 mg·mL-1～1.010 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9996), and the average recovery is 102.59%, RSD=1.34%. Conclusion: This method is reliable and simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for the quality control of Kushen Tablets
