放疗对鳞癌患者全血SOD活性和免疫功能之动态影响

摘要 分别用简易的邻苯三酚自氧化法和~3H-TdR掺入法,对10例经^(60)Co治疗的鳞状细胞癌患者全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和淋巴细胞转化功能进行了测定。患者疗前、疗中和治疗结束时全血SOD活性和淋巴细胞转化率分别为:①全血SOD活性,917.65±79.69u/gHb,1090.18±83.52u/gHb,1094.77±65.45u/gHb。②淋巴细胞转化率(SI):14.12±2.076,2.64±0.446,1.709±0.34。20名健康对照组全血SOD活性为1341.76±78.74u/gHb。鳞癌患者疗前SOD活性均数较低,与对照组的均数相比有极显著差异(P<0.01);经过放疗,患者全血SOD活性逐渐上升,但淋巴细胞转化率随γ射线总累积剂量的逐渐增大而降低。 Superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity & lymphocyte blastogenesis of tblood from 10 patients with squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)at consecut- ive courses of<sup>60</sup>Co radiotherapy were assayed with a modified methodo fpyro gallol auto-oxidation & the method of <sup>3</sup>H-TdR incorporationiuto DNA respectively.The SOD activity of patients before,in themiddleand at end of radiotherapy were 917.65±79.69u/gHb;1090.18±83.52u/gHb and 1094.77±65.45u/gHb respectively;ang that of control group(20 subjects) was 1341.76±80.96u/gHb.The SOD activity before radiotherapy was obv iously lower than control,their difference being statistically verysignifi- cant (P&lt;0.01);and,SOD activity after ensuing of radiotherapy increa- sed sseadily.The dynamic changes inlymphocyte blastogenesis rate(SI) of Patients befere,in the middle and at end of radiotherapywere 14.12± 2.76,;2.64±0.446 and 1.709±0.34 accordingly.
