纯电动客车热泵型空调系统中压补气供热循环特性模拟研究 被引量:4

Simulation study on the intermediate pressure vapor injection heating cycle characteristics of heat pump air conditioning system for pure electric bus

摘要 基于纯电动客车低温运行特性,以R407C为循环工质,对建立的中压补气增效型纯电动客车热泵空调系统进行模拟研究。运用C语言,对系统的压缩机排气温度、制热量、COP进行模拟计算,并把模拟结果与实验结果进行比较。结果表明:在-20℃的低温工况下,相对于不补气系统,中压补气系统的压缩机排气温度降低17. 7℃,制热量增加64%,系统COP提高51%。 Based on the low temperature operation characteristic of pure electric bus and R407 C as the working fluid,to simulate and research the establishment of the heat pump air conditioning system of pure electric bus with intermediate pressure vapor injection efficiency. Using the C language to simulate the compressor exhaust temperature,heat and COP,and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The research results show that in the condition of low temperature of-20℃ and compared with the non-air supply system,the exhaust temperature of the compressor intermediate pressure vapor injection heat pump air conditioning system is reduced by 17. 7℃,heating capacity is increased by 64%,COP of system is increased by 51%.
